Callbeaks is a product of AI Dept (ABN available on request), based in Australia. We operate the website at callbeaks.com. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@aidept.com.au.
What we collect
We only collect information you provide directly. At present, this is limited to:
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist
- The date and time of your submission
- The page you submitted from (callbeaks.com)
We do not collect payment information, names, phone numbers, or any sensitive personal information at this stage.
How we use it
Your email is used only to:
- Confirm your place on the Callbeaks waitlist
- Notify you when early access becomes available
- Send relevant product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where your data is stored
Waitlist submissions are stored in Google Sheets and processed via n8n, an automation platform. Data may be stored on servers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure any third-party services we use maintain appropriate data security standards.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of receiving communications from us at any time
